Vionic, a San-Rafael-based footwear company, saw explosive business growth when they became one of QVC’s hottest selling brands. To capitalize on that growth, they needed to move from frumpy orthotics to a focus on fashion and global retail. And, their culture needed to move from frumpy to fashion, too. We helped them answer the question, “How do you scale the best parts of who you are while creating the platform to grow and transform as a company?”

A team of strategists, designers and Vionic’s management spent four months assessing the current culture, aligning the leaders, updating their purpose, values and vision, and designing a company-wide event to engage, inspire and educate all employees.
