Embarcadero Partners was a management consulting firm that combined strategy and design to solve clients’ thorniest issues. We knew that to compete with the well-established consulting firms, Embarcadero needed a strong voice and identity that stood out amongst our more staid competition. Over six years our brand guidelines evolved and matured, and our design team worked tirelessly to ensure that each deliverable reinforced our brand—from the holiday card to project proposals and everything in between.

During my tenure, I brought the power of design to even the most mundane internal items—the interview process, a job description booklet, presentation templates, timelines and workback plans, case studies, etc.—in addition to our client work.
